Roger recieved his MA in Business and Technology from Hampshire College in 1990, and went on to pursue a career building LANs in New York in the early nineties. In New York, Roger found himself confronting two worlds. "My family is half Hispanic, and from their point of view, I saw that the digital revolution wasn't serving everyone." But rather than complaining, Roger took action. "I know that people like my family work hard, and they always will. That's how they express themselves. Being able to give people like them the opportunity to express themselves in Cyberspace is what thrills me about working with Remote Labor Systems."
